New Project!

The Open City London Documentary Festival has contacted my team and I at The Festival of the Moving Image and asked us to collaborate with them on a two hour slot in their programme. I went to the Open City festival last year and loved it. This year it will run from 21 to 24 June and the programme looks amazing! 
We will be working on a continuation of the discussions we held at our festival last February, looking at the relationship between sound and image. The theme will be more focused now, though, looking specifically at electro music, cityscapes and documentaries (to fit Open City's documentary focus). We are looking to hold a live performance of video, music and discussion. We have just opened up a competition for electro musicians and video artists, who's work connects to our theme. Their work will be the main shopiece at the event. Competition ends 18 March and is open to anyone:

Sophia

Film written, shot and edited in 48 hours for a University College London competition. The film won the Best Cinematography and Best Performance awards. (Narration is difficult to hear, so full volume is recommended)
